Happy 420!!

Every time someone mentions 420 I'm reminded of a cute story. A few years ago we were in Jamaica on vacation and got to talking to one of the young ladies who worked at the resort. Somehow we got on the subject of 420. She said she was told it was some kind of American gang thing. She didn't claim to understand what it meant exactly, just that it had to be a gang thing. After I finished cracking up I told her it was a bong thing, not a gang thing. Here's an article that explains it much better than I could.

On another note, it's good to see young people protesting peacefully with today's walkout. I also like how the schools aren't going overboard to punish them for doing so. I'll 420 to that.
